The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking a Contractor to provide all services associated with printing, packaging, and shipping the New York State Freshwater Fishing Regulations Guides. The guides will be provided to the contractor in PDF format and will consist of 98 pages plus 4 cover pages. The Contractor will ship the printed guides to license issuing agents throughout New York State. The contract requires three editions of the guide to be printed over the contract term.

Pursuant to the State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, this IFB includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and a Potential Bidder during the procurement process. Bidders shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
