This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York (herein
after referred to as “SUNY”) to solicit proposals for Cybersecurity Insurance Brokerage Services.

The resultant contract will be extended to all SUNY campuses and affiliates listed in
Exhibit C of the RFP: State University of New York Institutions. The results of this
RFP will be used to award a five-year contract to the Bidder determined to be most
qualified to meet SUNY's needs as described in the RFP.
