Description:

This project is for Asbestos abatement of approximately 30,000 sf in the basement of the Washington Bathhouse. Refer to the contract plans and Project Manual for all associated work. This work will be performed at the Saratoga Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs, NY. All Contractors for this Project shall physically complete the Work in Six (6) Months.

Type of Contract: Fixed price.
