State University of New York at Stony Brook, Mobility and Parking Services (MAPS) is looking for a turnkey, web based/cloud hosted Fleet Management Information System solution. The system provider must identify required software system solution, all the professional services offered for the system to be functional meeting the scope of work, as well as to recommend the hardware that is essential to the system offered. The solution should be scalable to meet the University’s needs, simple to deploy, reduce redundant data entry, facilitate inventory control, and provide easy-to-decipher multilevel reports availability.

We are looking for an innovative Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) so we can track and manage all powered and non-powered assets. Our intent is to be able to provide our stakeholders with the ability to track current assets and plan future purchases as well as provide opportunities to incorporate Zero Emissions Vehicle (ZEV) options.

The FMIS solution must be able to operate independently of a telematics device. The solution will also be required to integrate with the current Gasboy/EKOS Fuel Management System. The FMIS system must be able to integrate with the University’s current Single Sign On (SSO) process.
