The Village of Whitehall is issuing a Request for Qualifications from engineering consultants/firms pursuant to the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation procurement requirements found at 40 U.S.C. 101 et seq. for Architectural/Engineering Services for NYS Revolving Fund Funded projects. The Village is required to undertake a Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement Program. The Village is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from firms or individuals qualified to assist the Village in the development and implementation of both types of programs. The Village is utilizing a qualifications-based procurement procedure to evaluate professional service firms or individuals that are qualified to provide the professional services necessary to apply for grant assistance and comply with the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law "Lead Service Line Project Submission Guidance", as outlined in the RFQ Scope of Services.
