There is a mandatory prebid meeting on July 25 at 10:00 a.m. Potential bidders will meet at 87 River Street in the Village of Sidney. Bids will only be accepted from those in attendance.

This project is being financed with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) funds administered by the NYS Office of Resilient Homes and Communities (“RHC”). For purposes of this bid the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) and RHC are synonymous. Attention of bidders is particularly called to Section 3 requirements, M/WBE goals, Federal labor standards, Federal and State prevailing wage rates, online reporting requirements using Elation System, Inc. and other requirements included in the RHC Supplementary Conditions for Contracts.
