A pre-bid meeting/walkthrough is scheduled on Wednesday, October 12,2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the site at 112 Main St Bloomingburg, NY 12721. Attendance is mandatory and a pre-requisite to submitting a bid.

The project includes: restoration, repair and/or replacement in-kind of exterior wood elements including damaged louvers on the tower; replacement of small asphalt roll roofing on basement entry; repair or replacement of flashing; mechanically re-securing storm panels and replacing missing panels; replacement of asphalt shingle roofs and copper dome; restoration, and repair and/or replacement of metal ceiling tiles. Work is expected to commence in early Spring 2023
