You must return the following Bidders RSVP page to ensure that you receive all communications regarding this project.

An optional Pre-Bid conference will be held on October 13, 2022, at 10:00 at the DPW Garage located at 88 South Street in the Town of Waterford, New York.

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Waterford, Town Clerks Office, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, NY, 12188, until 1:00 PM Local Time on Friday, November 04, 2022, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud for Salt Storage Shed Upgrades, located at 88 South Street, Town of Waterford, New York.

The work involves, but is not limited to, site grading, concrete work, carpentry, and temporary shoring. The work shall be substantially completed by October 27, 2023, and is subject to prevailing New York State wage rates, as well as the requirements for an equal employment opportunity, all as described in the Contract Documents. Bids should exclude sales and compensating use taxes on materials incorporated into the work. A bid bond in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Bid will be required with the submission of each bid. The successful bidders, to whom the contract is awarded, will be required to provide a payment and performance bond equal to the full amount of the Contract. Bids will be received on an itemized unit price basis. Bids actually received by mail or by hand after the appointed time on the date specified shall be rejected, notwithstanding that such Bid may have been placed in a mailbox or other mail receptacle regularly maintained by the United States Postal Services before such time, and ordinarily in sufficient time to have been delivered on time.
