Sagamore Children’s Psychiatric Center, located at 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746, is seeking to upgrade their facility auditorium. The auditorium is currently in poor operating condition and in need of a replacement. The auditorium serves as an area of therapy and recreation for patients on a regular basis. The space is also utilized for regular program activities, as well as various special events.

An Optional site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST . Interested bidders are to sign in at the main security entrance at Sagamore Children’s Psychiatric Center, 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB by Wednesday, December 14, 2022 by 3:00 PM EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Wednesday, December 21, 2022, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due no later than Wednesday, December 28, 2022 by 3:00PM ET.
