The State University of New York System Administration invites sealed bids for the upgrade of the courtyard at 423 State Street in Albany, New York, 12203. The project scope includes the removal of existing plants and walkways, installing new underlayment, Geotech fabric, pavers, plants, and associated site work. New security gates with privacy screens, new site lighting, and new site furnishings. Plants should have a 1-year warranty upon completion of the project. This is a prevailing wage job. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held on-site at 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, 5/9/2023. Parking on-site is not available.
