SUNY Plattsburgh intends to make an award for the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, accessories and services to completely execute the provision and installation of products as described in the Project Manual/IFB for Memorial Hall Phase II Integrated Audio-Video Systems and Equipment. Any contractor who believes they can provide these services is invited to download the IFB, Project Manual, and associated contract documents attached to this advertisement. A sealed bid will be held.

• Date for Mandatory Site Visit: Tuesday, February 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM.

• Answers to those questions will be provided and uploaded to this advertisement by Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

• Bid Opening: Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 3:30 pm; SUNY Plattsburgh Purchasing Office, 7th Floor, Kehoe Administration Building 101 Broad Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Bids are to be submitted sealed, clearly identifying this procurement on the outside of package as follows: Memorial Hall Phase II Integrated Audio-Video Systems and Equipment 23JB0209-D000795 Due Date March 14, 2023 at 3:30 PM addressed to: SUNY Plattsburgh Purchasing, 101 Broad Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 Attn: Jenna Beauregard. Bids are due in duplicate, original signatures, with all required documentation as per the IFB.

• Project Estimated Start Date: Immediately after approval by New York State Office of the Comptroller

• Substantial completion of the Gymnasium portion by August 15, 2023, with the remaining completed by October 15, 2023.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law and its requirements. Effective immediately this procurement is in a "Restricted Period". This restricted period will be in effect until an award for this procurement has been fully executed. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than case8736@plattsburgh.edu. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed above and below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms. In addition the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and Public Officers Law.
