Description: The Niagara County Brownfield Development Corporation is seeking a consultant to serve as the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) on brownfield properties for which a loan or subgrant has been obtained through the Niagara County Brownfield Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund. The QEP will provide technical oversight of projects on behalf of Niagara County and ensure that cleanups are being conducted in accordance with state and federal requirements. The assigned Project Manager must qualify as an Environmental Professional as defined in the United States Environmental Protection Agency's All Appropriate Inquiries Rule.
