Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Hurley is soliciting Qualification Statements from qualified consultants for Emerging Contaminant Remedial Investigation Feasibility Study for the Town of Hurley Landfill The Town of Hurley Landfill is located on Dug Hill Rd in the Town of Hurley, Ulster County, New York. The Town Hurley has been awarded Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding from the Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program to fund a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RIFS) for emerging contaminants identified at the Town’s Landfill. The Town is hereby seeking a qualified engineering and environmental firm to provide RIFS services.
