SUNY Empire State University seeks a license for online access to the Sage Premiere journal package (or equivalent). Sage Premiere is a curated and comprehensive group of scholarly journals across a variety of disciplines. The subscription to Sage Premiere Journal packages update each year, with the 2024 journals including 971 titles from a variety of disciplines ( https://us.sagepub.com/sites/default/files/premier_2024_list_updated_oct_2.xlsx ). The Sage Premiere package includes access to over 1 million articles and over 950 titles, with new journal lists provided for each year’s Sage Premiere package. Packages required as part of the subscription are the following or equivalent:

• 2024 Sage Premiere Package
• 2025 Sage Premiere Package
• 2026 Sage Premiere Package

In addition to providing the license for online access, the successful bidder must deliver usage statistics using industry standards such as COUNTER 4 or COUNTER 5, and must provide support for access or technical issues related to the Sage Premiere journal package. We intend to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS
Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above noted commodity/product or service. A
sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the
