Description:

The City of Hornell is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants to assist the City in the implementation of a recently awarded 2022 NYS CDBG Planning grant. The grant will fund a citywide Water Asset Management Plan to evaluate and document the condition of the city’s water system, identify needed water system improvements, and provide an implementation strategy to address the needs.
