Binghamton University is looking to procure a NIRSport2 Core System Unit that is a near-infrared spectroscopy mobile device with 16 sources and detectors that allows for flexible placement of optodes and is compatible with other devices such as neurostimulation devices. It should comes with two 8-source active source bundles, 16 silicon photodiode active sensors, a complete cap kit, 32 short-channel detectors, a 9-axis motion sensor extension, a parallel port replicator, and a 5-hour online remote training.

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS
Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity
