Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT/University) is soliciting competitive written proposals for Mechanical Contractor Services to air condition the remaining spaces in James E. Booth Hall (aka BOO-007a) and Frank E. Gannett Hall (aka GAN-007b). This building will support RIT’s Strategic Plan, Dimension Three: Places , which focuses on facilitating creativity. This plan includes pursuing the design, construction, and renovation of facilities that support the core activities of creativity, design, and innovation. All associated work for this project will fall under CAD 007A & 007B A/C for Remaining Spaces, RIT FMS Project 108286. This project is to be funded by the New York State Higher Education Capital Matching Grant Program, and has MWBE utilization requirements.

RIT will be conducting a Pre-Proposal meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Prospective bidders shall meet in the lobby of FMS Building #99, at 335 John Street, Henrietta, NY 14623.
