The Work of this Contract consists primarily of :

Construction of a masonry building with concrete masonry units/brick façade, concrete plank/PVC roofing, excavation/shoring/dewatering, concrete foundation, painting; doors; roof hatches; 8, 12 and 16-inch diameter ductile iron water main; drainage improvements (pipe and drainage inlets); mechanical piping; chemical feed system; booster pumps; meters; valves; dehumidifier; chlorine analyzer; site work; miscellaneous work and site restoration.

The work of Contract No. 14 –Electrical/Instrumentation and Control – Re-Phase 3, is generally described as follows: underground electric, data and telephone service from existing utility poles to: pump station building (Turin Road); PRV vault sites (Link Road/West Thomas Street); meter/valve vault site (Routes 46/49); and tank site (Sunset Lane) including grounding; pump station/tank site building electrical system including electric/data/telephone service entrance, disconnect, automatic transfer switch (pump station site only), lighting, branch circuits, electrical connections to all equipment/valves; grounding; tank pedestal; PRV vault pedestal; meter/valve vault pedestal; generator (pump station site only); lightning protection system; instrumentation and control equipment including wiring/conduit; restoration and miscellaneous work.
