Elmira Psychiatric Center (EPC), a Joint Commission accredited facility serving the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes regions of New York, is seeking candidates to fill the position of Deputy Director, Psychiatric Center 1 – Quality Management (DDPC 1 – QM). The DDPC 1 – QM is an essential member of the facility’s Executive Management Team. Under the general direction of the Executive Director and in close collaboration with the facility leadership team at EPC, the DDPC 1 – QM participates in developing, implementing, interpreting, and evaluating facility mission, goals, and policies to support quality management through providing quality care and clinical treatment to the populations served.

Qualified candidates will be appointed to this role on a temporary basis that will conclude upon the appointment of full-time Director of Quality Assurance, which is anticipated at some point during the life of this contract. Any prospective temp or staffing agencies must have at least one candidate ready to interview at the award of the contract.
