SUNY Cortland is requesting sealed proposals from qualified companies for software to provide electronic document management, document workflow, and records management capabilities. The quote is to include any costs to implement the software and any related conversion services. The quote is to provide an electronic content management software enterprise license as well as software support and maintenance. This product will be used by departments across the campus. Proposals should provide information about the vendors’ ability to provide services and should include information about the employees who will be assigned to SUNY Cortland and references from other higher education institutions. Responding vendor should include a description of how emergency services will be provided.

The results of this RFP will be used to award a 3-year contract to the Bidder determined to be most qualified. The resultant agreement(s) will be made available University-wide for use by all SUNY campuses and affiliates including Community Colleges, Auxiliary Service Corporations (ASC), and campus foundations. Campuses and affiliates are not required to use the contracts.
