The County of Westchester (the “County”), acting on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Local Workforce Development Board (“WPLWDB”), is soliciting proposals from public and private not-for- profit organizations to operate the 2023 Summer Youth Employment Program (“SYEP”) for youth and eligible Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (“TANF”) and Foster Youth. SYEP serves youth 14 to 20 years old.
