The Project involves the interior renovation and associated infrastructure upgrades of an existing NYS DOH Article 28 licensed delivery site. The Project contemplates significant furnishing of approximately 13,000 sf on the first floor of a two-story facility, including: The purchase and installation of contract furniture for workstations for an intake (reception) area, open offices, private offices and waiting room seating.
