Oswego Housing Development Council, Inc. (OHDC) is the subrecipient of a grant award for air purifiers. OHDC is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of Air-purifying equipment with a 5 year supply of air filters for a 32-unit apartment building. This building consists of 4-2bedroom units that range in size of a 1,000 square foot, and 28- 1 bedroom units that consist of 700 square foot in size. There is a community room. The apartment complex is owned and managed by Two Plus Four Construction. The complex is located at 2231 County Route 12, Central square, New York 13036.
