Fort Schuyler Management Corporation (FSMC) is seeking a firm to provide information on availability of a used 3-Axis CNC Mill Machine. FSMC prefers the used 3-Axis CNC machine meets the specifications for the machine below.

3-Axis CNC Mill:

Mandatory Specification:

• Machine must be NRTL Certified

Preferred Specifications Include:

• 3-axis vertical machining center
• Dynamic work offsets
• High pressure coolant through spindle
• High pressure coolant 900 psi minimum
• 1050 mm min travel in X, 850 min travel in Y, and 600 min in Z
• High torque spindle in the 7500 to 13000 rpm range best suited for milling Ti64 AMS4911/AMS7004, and secondarily suited for Inco 625, and 718 as well as other high temperature alloys
• CAT 50 tool interface required
• Minimum of 20 tool changer capacity
• Rigid tapping capability
• Fully enclosed machining area
