The work of this single bid project includes the removal and reconstruction of existing Courtyard, stairs, ramps, walkways and site infrastructure (water piping, stormwater conveyance piping and structures).

Plans will be available after November 17, 2023, through Camelot Print and Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & https://www.camelotplanroom.com/jobs/public ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. meeting at the Student Union Atrium at SUNY New Paltz.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
