Posting for Phase One Demolition

Arts Center & Theatre of Schenectady Inc., Proctors Theatre, is currently working on the development of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Project at 432 State Street in Schenectady, New York. This project is being financed by the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR).

AMERESCO on behalf of Arts Center & Theatre of Schenectady Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services for the Phase One Demolition of the project. This will require discipline subcontractors to disconnect and remove any existing micro-grid system and prep the area for Phase 2. Systems involved in this work are:

Mechanical (piping) services

Electrical services

Sheetmetal services

Civil (Concrete) services

AMERESCO will conduct a non-mandatory site walk through for interested parties as follows:

Mechanical system- Tuesday September 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern standard time

Sheetmetal system-Tuesday September 27, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern standard time

Electrical system-Wednesday September 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern standard time

Civil system-Wednesday September 28, 2022, Eastern standard time

Ameresco has allotted 2 hours for each discipline to review work scope and ask any questions.
