Description: The Genesee Transportation Council seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Genesee-Finger Lakes Regional Freight Plan Update. The purpose of this project is to update the 2012 Transportation Strategies for Freight and Goods Movement in the Genesee-Finger Lakes Region. The Freight Plan Update will explore the changes that have taken place over the past decade in the context of goods movement, and revisit and revise the policies and recommendations set forth in the 2012 Strategy.
