Stony Brook University seeks bidders to provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary for the maintenance and repairs/retrofits, replacement in kind of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), mechanical equipment in accordance to the bid specifications, manufacturers O&M manuals, technical bulletins on a time and materials basis, located at the State University of New York @ Stony Brook Main Campus, R&D Campus, Southampton Campus, and Campus Residence, including all other properties owned, managed or operated Stony Brook, NY 11794 herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 22/23-076MC and Exhibits.

THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME MANDATORY BIDDERS CONFERENCE ON MAY 10, 2023 AT 10:00 A.M. (SHARP) IN THE PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT CONFERENCE ROOM, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PARK, RESEARCH & SUPPORT SERVICES (RSS). ONLY THOSE VENDORS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE WHEN THE CONFERENCE ROOM DOOR CLOSES WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
