The City of Cortland DPW will be accepting bids for the 2023 CURB REPLACEMENT AND ADA CURB RAMP INSTALLATION. All sealed bids shall be received by no later than 2:00 pm eastern time on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the DPW Office, 19 South Franklin Street Cortland NY 13045 where bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. All proposals being mailed are due Monday May 15th, 2023 by 2pm eastern time at 19 South Franklin, Cortland NY 13045.

The City of Cortland Department of Public Works is seeking bids to remove and replace approximately 3250 linear feet of curbing on Grant Street and Arthur Avenue in the City of Cortland and also replace and or rehabilitate various curb ramps, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), on various streets within the city limits (approximately 52 sites).

All ADA curb ramp installations will conform to the NYS Standard Sheets - sidewalk and curb ramp details section 608-01.

The City of Cortland reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS and to waive any informality in any bid and to award the contract to the best interest of the owner.
