The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation ("OPRHP") is releasing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to solicit information from security technology vendors and contractors authorized to do business in New York State about the equipment and services that they offer, including information related to: connectivity requirements for devices; data storage, access, and retrieval; durability of devices to operate in outdoor environments; maintenance and repair services in remote locations; and cybersecurity.

Interested contractors, providers, and entities experienced and capable of providing security technology equipment and services should respond to this RFI by sending the information requested in Section 4 to the Designated Contact by the due date and time.
