Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Nerve Grafts, Connectors, Protectors, Soft Tissue and related items manufactured/distributed by Axogen, under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(A), which authorizes purchases up to $125,000.00 without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances. A sealed bid will not be held. If interested in offering an equivalent, the vendor must provide free supporting documentation and product for examination, and demonstration for compatibility trial with existing product.
