The Town of Petersburgh Highway Department has declared the following vehicles as surplus property and hereby offers them for sale by sealed bid.

Bidders can bid on each vehicle separately, and any awards will be per individual vehicle. A Sealed Bid form is available on the Town of Petersburgh website home page: www.petersburgh.org . Please print the Sealed Bid form, enter your respective bid amounts and contact information, and submit per the following instructions. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Petersburgh Town Hall Clerk Office or can be mailed to and must be received by the Petersburgh Town Clerk Office, P.O. Box 130, 65 Main Street, Petersburgh, New York 12138 on or before 11:00am on September 15, 2023. The Sealed Bids will be publicly opened at noon on September 15, 2023, and reviewed with a decision by the Town Board on September 18, 2023. Winning bidder per vehicle will be notified by the Town Clerk Office per the contact information included on the Sealed Bid form. Upon notification, winning bidders shall have 14 days to pay the winning bid amount by cash or certified check payable to “Town of Petersburgh”, and to sign a purchase agreement for the respective vehicle. Vehicles will be sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without any warranties, express or implied, and without any warranties as to the fitness and condition for any particular use. The Town of Petersburgh has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
