The County of Schenectady will be accepting bids for the purchase and installation of aftermarket emergency equipment for One (1) 2023 Chevrolet Traverse.

Digital Copies of Specifications may be obtained from BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by submitting a request to the Purchasing Department at purchasing@schenectadycountyny.gov . Please specify if printed copies are required in your request. You will be notified when they are ready for pickup.

All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Bid” and stating Low Profile Police Package: Chevrolet Traverse, RFB-2023-53, to Schenectady County Purchasing, no later than 2:00 PM on September 15, 2023, at which time they will be opened.

Bidders should recognize the current courier situation and plan accordingly if they intend to use a standard courier to deliver their bid. Late bids will not be accepted.

Schenectady County will make any investigation it deems necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder to perform the work.
