Description:

Reconstruction of approximately 3500' of residential roadways. Improvements to generally include:

  • New concrete curb and new concrete curb with integral concrete gutter at spot locations.
  • New concrete driveway aprons at spot locations.
  • New concrete ramps at intersections.
  • New concrete sidewalk at spot locations for change in grade and elevation.
  • Restoration of utility strip area. (sod, seed, walks, etc.).
  • Reconstruction of existing asphalt roadway pavement. Bid one of two options
    (R.C.A vs Mixed-in-Place w/ emulsion).
  • The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost is S1,200,000.
