The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide transportation of pre-school and early intervention children (EI) with special needs. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor to provide these services. The County reserves the right to award multiple providers if they feel it will best serve the needs of the County.
