SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need to lease space for approximately 200-500 parking spaces preferably within 3 ½ miles of Upstate’s downtown campus located at 750 East Adams Street (zip code 13210). Site must be available by First Quarter of 2024 . Proposals must be for at least 200 spaces or more, and ready for use, to be submitted.

The site must be available 12 months of the year, Monday through Friday, hours to be determined. The site must be: surfaced with stripping, site must be entirely fenced in, have provision of lighting and a guard shack. Guard shack to be currently available or available by start of contract. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal shall be supplied by the landlord. Multiple contracts (leases) may be the result to fulfill the required 500 spaces.

Preference will be given to sites close to or on current SUNY Upstate shuttle route.

The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.

Successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current certificates of insurance for NYS Workers Compensation and Disability Benefits.
