Description: The New York State Department of Health (DOH) is announcing the release of Request for Application (RFA) #20442: Olmstead Housing Subsidy/Rapid Transition Housing Program. Through this RFA, DOH is seeking applications from Eligible Applicants to provide permanent rental subsidies and housing tenancy services to provide housing for vulnerable Medicaid members without housing. The awarded grantee will be required to provide services to current participants of the Olmstead Housing Subsidy Program (OHS) and the Rapid Housing Transition Program (RTHP). One (1) award will be made, and the awarded applicant (Grantee) must use the funding to administer both programs statewide.
