Description:

Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above commodity/product or service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.

Requirements are as follows

Service provider will provide the following:

  • Web based Project Management Information System (PMIS) with mobile application.
  • Ability to serve as a repository for all projects performed by East Campus Facilities (2600+).
  • Have multi user capability (150+) with role based user permissions.
  • Custom API with Stony Brook Construction Project Reports (CPR) application to run daily.
  • Reporting/analytics capability (financial, project information) Pre-built and ad-hoc.
  • Cost management: control to manage budgets, bids, contracts, change orders, pay apps, and invoices.
  • Construction document management: control to track every interaction, revision, markup upload and download. Ability to view and mark-up pdfs, CAD and BIM files.
  • Construction workflow management: Control to automate and manage RFI’s, submittals, change orders, daily field reports, and punch lists.
  • Construction schedule management: control to track schedules across multiple projects and programs.
  • Capital project planning: control of capital plans to ensure alignment of priorities with finances.
  • Integration with ProCore and PlanGrid software
  • SSL encrypted, two factor authentication
  • Dedicated account manager and support team

Additionally, the vendor must provide ability to migrate all current documentation to their platform seamlessly.

Pricing to be itemized to show 1 year subscription rate, cost per additional users, costs for any additional licenses, storage or integrations, and cost for any additional maintenance or services provided. Proposals not including this itemization will be deemed invalid for award.
