State University of New York at Stony Brook wishes to procure a software platform that provides an interactive virtual tour experience to prospective interests that highlight our campus highlights and offerings.

"Best value" will be determined by an evaluation panel. They will be reviewing all aspects of each submission. The following are some, but not all of the necessary criteria to be included in the successful bidder's proposal:

The ability to provide custom tour routes.

Multiple language offerings

Pre-recorded routes for self-guided tours

The virtual tour should be accessible from any internet browser and mobile devices and the interface should be completely accessible – both in the front-end for prospective students and the backend for those who are editing the virtual tour.

The virtual tour should provide analytics and collect prospective student leads that can be uploaded into the Slate CRM. Plus, the vendor is to indicate if they can be automatically uploaded without required additional manual processes.

The virtual tour provides a voiceover tour guide or a video tour guide..

The successful bidder will be required to submit a completed HECVAT and VPAT for review by the Department of Information and Technology team at SBU.

The successful bidder must reside in and have their servers reside within the United States.
