The New York State (NYS) Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP), Reference No. C000715, entitled “Integrated Eligibility System’s Organizational Change Management Effort,” to procure a vendor with expert resources to provide planning, leadership, guidance, and training for the Organizational Change Management (OCM) effort. This RFP is being conducted for the benefit of the State’s Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) Program initiative as managed by the IES Program Office. The term of the contract resulting from this RFP will be for four (4) years (with a one (1) year optional extension) following full State and Federal approvals.

The RFP is composed of work tasks, Task A: Business Readiness, Task B: Training and Project Management deliverables.

This RFP will result in a not-to-exceed, deliverable-based contract, and deliverables will be invoiced based on not-to-exceed hourly rates and for actual hours worked. The actual hours paid will not exceed the total bid value of a deliverable.
