Description: The State University of New York at Plattsburgh (“SUNY Plattsburgh”) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a) for the above-referenced project. A sealed bid will NOT be held. Vendors interested in providing a proposal (“Vendor”) may submit a proposal or quote based on the attached specifications document to case8736@plattsburgh.edu by the due date and time specified. The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure ADA Compliant Meeting Room Office Pods (3) to be delivered and installed on the campus, by the chosen vendor between January 15, 2024 and March 30, 2024. The successful Vendor will provide these commodities and complete installation services by March 30, 2024. QUESTIONS should be emailed to case8736@plattsburgh.edu with the subject line "ADA Compliant Meeting Room Office Pods and Installation" no later than Friday. November 3, 2023 at 3:30 PM EST. Responses to those questions will be posted to this advertisement no later than Friday, November 10, 2023. Bids or quotes will be due to Jenna Beauregard, Interim Director of Regional Procurement, via email at case8736@plattsburgh.edu by the deadline, Monday, November 20, 2023 at 3:30 PM EST.
