Description: SUNY Potsdam and SUNY Canton are soliciting bids from qualified vendors for bus transportation for the intercollegiate athletics program. The contract will be for five (5) years beginning on August 1, 2024. All terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the bid documents provided tot this advertisement. Details are included in the attached invitation for bid (IFB). All questions are due via email on Friday, March 1, 2024 and responses will be provided via the attachments in this posting on Friday, March 8, 2024. Interested vendors MUST submit a letter of intent to bid no later than Friday, April 5, 2024 to kusk@potsdam.edu and acslv@potsdam.edu Bids are due on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 3:30 PM.
