All work on this Contract is to be completed within 75 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the University at Albany, park and meet near the north entry of the State Quad Parking Lot adjacent to University Drive on Friday March 1st at 1pm.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
