Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) is seeking to contract with a company to provide NYS Statewide Planning and Research Cooperative System (SPARCS) clinical data which combines market intelligence software to help SBUH understand and maintain its market position and to grow its business. The software will aid in population health activities. The suite of software modules will allow SBUH to process complex data sets from multiple data sources with limited time and effort.

In addition to the mandatory NYS SPARCS data (NO REPLACEMENTS) SBUH requires all of the following modules to be used in tandem:

Impact of Change (IoC) Express

Technology Planning

National Demand Forecast

Market Demand Forecast Outpatient

Workforce Supply and Demand
