Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) is seeking a vendor to provide a One (1) Year annual software support and maintenance for RL6 Incident Management Software for Risk, Feedback, and Peer Review modules.

Mandatory Minimum Requirements

• Comprehensive safety, quality and risk management solution that helps manage adverse events, from start to finish.
• Risk, Feedback, and Peer Review modules
• The ability to receive alert notifications on smartphone and view a mobile-friendly version of adverse event files.
• Full-text search capabilities. Ability to search for data at the field level or look through all the text information in RL6.
• Enhanced file management to manage files in batches: close multiple files and ability to add multiple files to Important Files list simultaneously.
