Project Description
In general overview of the contract scope includes: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, temporary facilities, and overhead & profit to Furnish, deliver, and provide temporary protection from elements for four (4) Vertical Turbine Snowmaking Pumps. The Vertical Turbine Snowmaking Pumps shall include couplers, training, and commissioning. The proposal also includes the ability to provide a proposal to purchase the four (4) existing pumps.

Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times.

Dead Line to be a Registered RFP Participant: 25 April 2023 at 3:00 PM (Local Time)
End of Questions: 27 April 2023 at 3:00 PM (Local Time)
Addendum*: (If Required) 01 May 2023
Proposals Due: 09 May 2023 at 10:00 AM (Local Time)

Proposal Documents and Registered RFP Participants
Only Registered RFP Participants shall be allowed to submit a Proposal. To become a Registered RFP Participants and to obtain Proposal Documents the following information shall be submitted: Organizational Name and Mailing Address, Primary and Secondary Contact Names, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses. (Secondary Contact is MANDATORY)
