SCOPE: Project consists of the repairs and renovation of an existing 300 square foot roof patio. The scope of work includes removal and installation of structural steel and concrete decking, new roofing and paver systems, windows, doors, and metal railings. Minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing revisions are included to accommodate the renovation/repair work.

BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond (AIA Document A312), separate Labor and Material Payment Bond (AIA Document A312), and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The bond shall equal 100% of the construction contract amount. B. Qualification Data: Prepare written information that demonstrates capabilities and experience of firm or person. Include lists of completed projects with project names and addresses, contact information of architects and owners, and other information specified.
