THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (“THE AUTHORITY”) INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISH ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT FOR SERVICES, MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS AS SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS) AND PERFORM ALL OPERATIONS REQUIRED FOR SAMPLINGS AND ANALYSIS FOR THE AUTHORITY'S EUGENE ZELTMANN POWER PROJECT,500MW,FLYNN AND THE SCPP POWER PLANT LOCATED IN SOUTHEAST REGION OF NY PROJECT AS SET FORTH IN THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS LOCATED IN THE RFP.
