Suny Empire is looking for a digital sign in platform for 24 locations that meet the
following requirements:
Customizable sign-in: Create multiple sign-ins that ask different questions based on
the purpose of the guest’s visit.
Registration: Add upcoming visitors to let your staff know who to expect and email
guests information about their visit.
Analytics and reporting: Get insight into visitor volume, who invites visitors and can
export data
Instant notifications: Automatically notify employees when their guests arrive.
Digital document signing such as NDAs and waivers, on the iPad during sign-in. Must
have integration with MS Teams, Power BI, Mobile Application.
SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS
Education Law §355(5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted
commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in
