Description: Through Invitation for Bids (IFB) #23P-01, Thomas P. DiNapoli, Comptroller of the State of New York, as Administrative Head of the New York State and Local Retirement System, seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide printing services. OVERVIEW NYSLRS issues a general newsletter to each of its approximately 505,000 retirees and beneficiaries. The Contractor is responsible for printing and mailing the newsletter. NYSLRS will meet with the Contractor to initiate the printing and mailing process. The Contractor must (i) provide proofs as specified in project specifications, (ii) print the newsletter, (iii) provide a postage estimate to NYSLRS, and (iv) fold, tab, and mail the newsletter to retirees and beneficiaries. The Contractor must have and use its USPS postal permit for domestic and mailing. NO SUBCONTRACTING: No subcontracting of any services in this IFB is permitted. The Contractor shall be responsible for all services. The IFB and all documents for this procurement are posted on the OSC website at https://www.osc.ny.gov/procurement . NOTE: Procurement documents may, from time to time, be amended or addenda issued. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to become aware of any such amendments and/or addenda prior to submission of a proposal.
